Every facet of Trotters Koffie is spectacularly thought-out and brilliantly executed. From homemade syrups that Alana develops herself for monthly specials, to unique and perfect menu staples, to Alana herself, someone who makes you feel at home at her cozy coffee trailer. She has taken coffee to new level in our valley! My only complaint is that I can never decide on what I want because every menu item is my favorite. Currently loving the Valencia….but tempted at every turn by every single drink!!

Alana, is amazing. Hands down the best coffee truck….(and it won’t give you the runs) . We come from Middleton and when we are in town we have to stop by the owner is incredibly sweet and welcoming! Her kind attitude and warm smile truly set this coffee truck apart. It’s clear she loves what she does, and her positive energy makes every visit even more enjoyable. If you want some gooooood coffee you need to stop here. Thank you Alana.

I absolutely love this place! I’ve purchased their espresso beans for home, and LOVE to try their specialty espresso drinks. The owner is sweet and knows what she’s doing! Definitely support local and try this place out! (Couldn’t wait to take the picture until already drinking obviously- it’s that good)

The cafe Valencia FIXED me. Very light, perfect depth, good froth, not too sweet, and a perfect little treat to start the day. My partner got the signature and it’s so delicious; it’s vibrant from the spice-citrus combo and so balanced. So happy to have this spot!

We tried Trotters today and absolutely loved it! Their Americanos are amazing and show the incredible flavor of their beans! We highly recommend this coffee trailer! We haven’t found many quality coffee places in Nampa so this one stands out as our new favorite! Bravo!
